Is a 💻 DIGITAL Transformation 💡 still something special? WHAT is it? 

1️⃣ A digital transformation is the redesign of the operational genes of an organization, supported by technology and increasingly, AI. 

2️⃣ The goal of a DIGITAL transformation is to build sustainable competitive advantages by continuously deploying tech at scale to improve customer experience, lower operational costs, and optimize ways of working. 

3️⃣ Digital transformations are different from regular business transformations. since they are predominatly focused on technology. Dangerous is that these DIGITAL 'T's are often muting into a never-ending story by necessity to reflect the ever-evolving nature of technology. Hence a strict program and scope management is of utmost importance. 

4️⃣ Although digital 'T's are different in their nature, they cannot be disconnected from the main business strategy and should support the general business transformations.
